elevator button
how much there is on the average elevator button?
yes, i has taken the idea of the touchless button and applied it to elevators.
Which is a good idea if it is true: that the 3,500 is 17 times greater than the average toilet seat.
Contagion! That’s what comes from elevator buttons. Instead of the black death, try this non-contact button method.

Infusion Floating Ball (breif version)
Status:
1. infusion pump: An infusion pump infuses fluids, medication or nutrients into a patient's circulatory system. It is generally used intravenously, although subcutaneous, arterial and epidural infusions are occasionally used.
Infusion pumps can administer fluids in ways that would be impractically expensive or unreliable if performed manually by nursing staff. For example, they can administer as little as 0.1 mL per hour injections (too small for a drip), injections every minute, injections with repeated boluses requested by the patient, up to maximum number per hour (e.g. in patient-controlled analgesia), or fluids whose volumes vary by the time of day.
2. infusion alarming device: The present invention relates to a liquid level detector and alarm device for installation in the bottle of a drip infusion set to detect the liquid level, and to give an audio alarm when the liquid level drops below a predetermined value.
When a drip infusion set is used for the introduction of a saline or other solution into a vein to treat the patient, the nurse must frequently review the liquid level of the solution so that the infusion can be stopped before the solution is fully consumed. In case the infusion is not stopped when the solution is fully consumed, a reverse flow of blood or the introduction of air into the vein may occur. There are known various monitoring apparatus for automatically monitoring drip infusion. These monitoring apparatus give an audio alarm signal when detect no drips of solution within a predetermined length of time. However, these monitoring apparatus are commonly heavy and expensive.
Why I made this device?
• release patients’ pressure
• Reduce nurses’ workload
What is it ?
Two hollow balls are put separately in the fluid bag and Murphy’s dropper, one is for reminding the volume and the other is for ceasing the infusion when the infusion liquid is nearly finished.
1.Ball(in fluid bag)
2(4).Ball(in Murphy’s dropper)
3.Ball groove
5.Pressure
6.Flow control cap
Ball (in fluid bag)
It is a fluor and colored hollow ball which is used for reminding the residual volume of the fluid, especially for the patients’ night observation.
Ball (in Murphy’s dropper)
It is a transparent hollow ball which is used for ceasing the process of infusion.
Ball groove
It is used to fix the transparent ball in the Murphy’s dropper in order to cease the infusion
Pressure
That is a very simple physical problem.
Flow control cap
Sometimes, when patients moved his or her body, the flow control would be shifted, so that the flowing speed would be changed, and that might make some emergency condition on the patients
What is the advantage of it?
• Innovative idea
• Lower cost
• practicability

Why Mosquito Bites Itch
Why Mosquito Bites Itch
A mosquito doesn't actually bite you, of course. It sucks your blood.
To help enable effective blood-sucking, it first injects anti-coagulant saliva to stop the blood from clotting or forming a scab while it feeds. When the mosquito goes away, its saliva stays in the pocket under your skin.
Now comes the itchy part. Your body releases histamine to fight off a foreign substance. It's the same as an allergic reaction. The histamine causes swelling around the area and as a side-effect it itches.

Medical Needle Disposal (breif version)
Status: Current Methods Unsafe and something is costly.
Currently I am serving as a nurse in the hospital, and I use the medical needle almost all the time to do some medical therapy to my patients, but after the manipulation the method used to depart the needle from the pumping body is unsafe, it is the most original that you use your two hand to make them apart without any protection. However, as we all know, hospitals house large numbers of people who are sick and whose immune systems are often in a weakened state, what’s more, we do not know if the patient we have taken manipulation on have the HBV, HCV or HIV or not. So it is easer to happen with Nosocomial infections which are a result of treatment in a hospital or a healthcare service unit, but secondary to the patient's original condition. Infections are considered nosocomial if they first appear 48 hours or more after hospital admission or within 30 days after discharge in the hospital.
Why I made this device?
• The outgoing document of PRC’s ministry of health, the document states that the sharp device used in the medical field must be recollected in a certain container which can ensure the sharp device not harming the doctor and nurse.
• The high risk to nurses when they are disposing of used needles. (to protect nurses from the infection something like HIV and Hepatitis and so on so forth)
What is it?
The design allows doctors and nurses working in harried conditions or developing countries to dispose of used needles easily and safely.
What is the structure?
1. Protective funnel
The funnel, which is thick and large, can protect users’ hands from stab by the needles being discarded, as well as preventing liquid splash back.
2. Anti-rolling device
Just as the name, it is used to prevent the device rolling on the table and make it easily-managed.
3. The cap
It is the core design of this device, and let me tell you everything about how it get work and what is the advantage of it.
• 1).Valve
• 2).Central bore
• 3).The upper face of the cap
• 4).The funnel
4.the bottle
The ordinary bottles, which are with the same size of the thread bottle cap, are all applicable.
(like the coke bottle, mineral water bottle and so on so forth)
How to use it?

Foot Faucet - Automatic Faucet
http://www.footfaucet.net/how_it_works.htm
how does it work?
how does it work?
Our foot operated faucet system installs on any new or existing sink that has standard plumbing connections. The foot pedals fit in the toe space under the sink cabinet and use power from the garbage disposal outlet or dishwasher outlet. The Control Box has an outlet where your existing garbage disposal cord plugs in. Foot Faucet valves are installed between the water shutoffs and your existing faucet. The AC wall adapter regulates power down to low voltage DC current for safe use at the foot pedals. The regular AC plug still runs the garbage disposal, but this power is isolated from the foot pedals, so risk of electric shock is removed.
can we use it in the surgery room?
there should be a aspetic evironment in the surgery room, so washing hands is very important, and we don't hope to pollute our hands because of turnning off the faucet. so that is a question, nowaday we use our arm to turn off it, but there is still a risk of contaminating your hands.

an revolution for toothbrush
i want to chenge the original concept of tooth brushing, you know how you gain the decayed tooth? problely most of do not know the process.
1.dental calculus sticks on the tooth.
2.bacteria starts to growing on the enamel of the tooth.
3.bacteria makes acid to destroy the tooth
4.decayed tooth is generated.
So the most important thing we should do is very obvious, it is to avoid the enamel. the frequent washing your tooth is most effective way to avoid the enamel. and we should encourage the public to brush their tooth when they felt there are some enamel on their tooth and make it as a habit like when they saw or felt their hands dirty, they would go to washing room to wash their hands. the plan i create is making the brushing tooth as easy as washing hands. it is like this...(just like the picture), the brush can be carry with you anywhere, and in the future all the water pool will have a tube especially for the toothbrush you carried. and the flowing water is the best way to clean your tooth compared with the traditional way. so this frequent and effective way must be the best way for you to avoid the decayed tooth.

medizine management
heart-shape pill for heart disease.....
after 2 days, it will be the chinese new year, and as a culture, chinese people, to express obedience to parents, are used to send some tonic(a ususally drug given to improve health) to old aged parent. so today i, with my mother, went to see my grandparents. they re pretty good, but they still need to get a great number of medizine, and on this issue they always have some controversise. sometimes my grandpa take the medizine for my grandma, but old man is old man, he often fetch the wrong one and lead grandma to swallow the other kind of pill, that is not little thing. so some idea come up to my mind--medizine management for the old.

we need build up a system for aged people to manage their so much medizine.
to this topic, i think there re several sections
1. the medizine's name is so tough to understand for the old. they sometime could not distinct them.
2. to take medizine usuallly should obey a timetable, that means you should take the medizine on a certain time, and it has its rations because in a day you must have a time that is most suitable for you to intake the medizine and in that time point the medizine could play the most effective function. unfortunitly, the old always miss the right time.

when library come across hotel
when i was a student, i was addicted to the library in my school. and i was dreaming that i can live in it for my life and i can finish all the books available there.
you re right, i am a library-oriented guy.
and suddenly an idea flash in my mind, that is why we can put library into hotel or put hotel into library, anyway i mean that why don't we build a library hotel.
then i google it (library hotel)
what a pity~ in this world there has already been a library hotel in the NY.
The Library Hotel is a 60-room boutique hotel in New York City, located at 299 Madison Avenue (at 41st Street), near the New York Public Library, Bryant Park, and Grand Central Terminal. The Hotel was designed by architect Stephen B. Jacobs.
The hotel boasts a unique organizing principle: each of its ten guest floors has a theme, designated after a major category of the Dewey Decimal Classification (the 5th floor, for example, is the 500s, the Sciences), with each room as a subcategory or genre, such as Mathematics (Room 500.001) or Botany (Room 500.004). (Dewey categories 000, 100, and 200 are placed on the 10th, 11th, and 12th floors, respectively.) Other room themes include Erotic Literature (Room 800.001), Poetry (Room 800.003), and Music (Room 700.005). All rooms have a small complement of books and decorations that accompany the theme, with 6000 books overall throughout the hotel.
Because of this classification scheme, the hotel owners were sued in 2003 by the OCLC (owners of the Dewey Decimal Classification system). OCLC reached an agreement with the hotel enabling the hotel to continue using the Dewey system. OCLC Press Release
Hotel Denouement from Lemony Snicket's The Penultimate Peril was modeled after the Library Hotel.

SST mode(suit+shirt+tie)
Are you a man?
Do you like wearing suit?
but sometimes the question how to match the suit-shirt-tie's color together can be very terrible for most of the males, now here is a solution to it from manaen's brain.
you can build up a SSTcolor match store in your own computer, and the procedure is followed:
1.draw a profile of a suit.
2.look around your life and search for some good example, then put it in you brain and when you come back your home, open the computer put the example's color in the profile and store it.
3.when you'd like to wear suit, you just pick out the examples you accumulated and choose what is the most suitable for the certain situation.

i am recovered 'cause i have seen the doctor
once on the street, i heart two men's talk:
A:how are you these days? i hear about that you ve been ill.
B:yep~ but now i am much better.
A:how?
B:cause i have seen the doctor.
what a simple answer, but from it we can see a phenomenon which commonly exists in the people's daily life. people are treated by doctor, but most of them do not know why the doctor use this medicine or why they must take the operation, and noly through these treatments they can be recovery, and some of them might not know what disease they had and even they know the name of their disease they still not very clearly why they felt pain, for example, a patient had a acute pancreatitis, and he even did not know where his pancrea is and what his pancrea look like after treatment.
maybe doctor is so busy in making the plan of therapy, so nurse can make the role of educator to teach the patient some simple, berief and easily-understood pathology of his disease. we(nurse) can make the hospital as the big school to help ordinary people familiar with medical knowledge, and our destination is that our patient who has been educated by us can be a disseminators of medical knowledge(MK), then the whole society's level of MK will be increased, it can make our residents more health and have a longer life.
portrait of lecturer+ppt=make you remember more
just like the topic, portrait of lecturer+ppt=make you remember more
college students are most likely to come across this kind of problems that in the end of semaster, the time of reviewing(and the students prefer to watch the powerpoint given by teachers to remember something on class which was held several months ago), a large ratio of students may forget the face of the teacher who are in charge with one of his class. this phenomenon may break the clue of memorization, and a lot useful detail would be missed by them.
so i suggest that every lecturers should put their portrait on the first page of ppt. this simple behavior may help the students to remember more and the detail delivered by lecturers if the students were concentrated on the class.

learning by doing
There is really only one way to learn how to do something and that is to do it. If you want to learn to throw a football, drive a car, build a mousetrap, design a building, cook a stir-fry, or be a management consultant, you must have a go at doing it. Throughout history, youths have been apprenticed to masters in order to learn a trade. We understand that learning a skill means eventually trying your hand at the skill. When there is no real harm in simply trying we allow novices to "give it a shot."
Parents usually teach children in this way. They don't give a series of lectures to their children to prepare them to walk, talk, climb, run, play a game, or learn how to behave. They just let their children do these things. We hand a child a ball to teach him to throw. If he throws poorly, he simply tries again. Parents tolerate sitting in the passenger seat while their teenager tries out the driver's seat for the first time. It's nerve-wracking, but parents put up with it, because they know there's no better way.
When it comes to school, however, instead of allowing students to learn by doing, we create courses of instruction that tell students about the theory of the task without concentrating on the doing of the task. It's not easy to see how to apply apprenticeship to mass education. So in its place, we lecture.
There are better alternatives to teaching people of all ages new things. Here are three efforts headed by Roger Schank that are all based on the learn by doing approach.
i agree with her
I believe that I guide my students, I also believe that they guide me through the observations and perspectives they bring to class. The term "guidance" best describes my philosophy of teaching.
I am a beliver in problem solving and learning by doing specially when it comes to any practical subjects.
Both problem solving and learning by doing are best practiced through integrated projects and guided practice.

amnesia
SO when talk about this topic, i always have a lot to say...
i am a forgetful guy and put things in some strange places, for example i put my book in my drawer for clothes, so no matter how hard i will never find my book in my book shelf or backpeck.
how to deal with this problem?
every time you lost something, and you found it, like before, it ended and you came back to your normal life. then you lost it again(here "lost" means you forget where you put something), you still had to cost a lot of time in looking for your stuff. But now everything will change by my opinion, i think the behavior, you put something in somewhere you could't remember, is a subsciousness, and samply speaking it calls habbits. we could use the statistic method to work out this kind of prob, i mean everytime after you finding the stuff you lost, what you do is just take a pen and a booklet to write down where you find it, every month(the interval time depends on the frequency of losing things)you should make a breif sumerization, every 3 month you should make a media one, and when it come to a year you will see the annual top places where you put things and then you forget... and you can put it on internet and be illustrated with some pictures.

a protection for your ipod headphone
One of the most aweful things in my life is that the headphone for my ipod always broke down within two months, then i have to change it with a new one which will cost me about $US50, that is a quite huge number of money for a college student to buy a headphone.
However, Manaen is Manaen, there's always some ideas coming up in his mind at a right time.
So do you know uterus in women's abdomen, and when a woman is pregant, a great and magic change will happen in the uterus, maybe in one month a amniotic cavity, which is a cavity protecting the infant from being impacted by something external, will be built in it. But how does it work? the work by God's hand is that the whole cavity which is insulated from outside filled with water in which the infant is living within about 40 months. That is such effective protective system which to a large extent give an infant a security guarantee.
just like the amniotic cavity, i used a sealable fresh-keeping bag to charge my ipod with its headphone, and the most important thing i want to point out is when you make this protective system, you should keep some air in the bag before sealing. that is just like the water, more precise that is amniotic fluid. they share the identical function.

learning in misunderstanding
In normal logical, most of us will think only if you have understood what you learn, you can utilize them. So understanding, or we say comprehension, is the most important thing in the teaching method, a lot of teachers and professors are concerned that memorization is just based on the understanding, not rote learning. However, on the other hand, maybe in some designal and innovational field, learning by misunderstand is probably a better way for who are designors to find a new thought and to creat a thing, but how you can learn something or even get a intuition from misunderstanding? Ok, let me tell you what i am thinking. that is a example which i was undergone, First i was looking at a picture, and some creative thoughts was come up into my mind, that moment i was not know the specific use of the device in the picture(because i didn't read the words below the picture). After reading the intruduction of the picture, i really astonished. Because the author's intentions of the device was extremly distinguished from mine, but the picture was stimulate my brain to link to something else, fortunately, the thoughts in my mind was even better than the auther's. So then i got a patent from a misunderstanding, that is my story. i think that still will be happen on you, so enjoy thinking. To one stuff, each person can have a very dependent thought which can lead to a obviously different idea of it, so that is creative.
After skull fracture
A skull fracture is a fracture or break in the cranial (skull) bones.
If it is not a simple skull fracture but a depressd skull fracture,
it need to have a skull operation.
And after the skull operation, a part of the skull (broken)-a fragment will be taken away,
and in a period of time, the repair surgery will be conducted.
Therefore, in the interval time, the patient have a whole in his skull.
that means a part of brain is contacting with external atmosphere just isolated by headskin
so i think a protector for skull fracture should be design.....

medical learning
I am a medical student.
loving medical, i was lead to the road direction to medical world.
During the days in the college,
i always find that there is a big deal in memorizing the medical conception, and it is really a tough work to remember by heart.
but in constantly seeking for a better method to memorize
i indicated
picture
it is the best tool for us to learn medical knowledge more effeciently and more effectively.
look at the picture and discribe it using the specific item to make all the medical knowledge you know out of your mouth.
this method makes the medical learning more interesting.
